ADOPTION

Logan & Logan is proud to help both adoptive parents and birth parents with one of the most important processes in their lives. In serving as adoption counsel, our attorneys assist parents in navigating the complicated, and sometimes frustrating, adoption litigation process. We handle a variety of adoption types, including parental placement, close-relative placement, agency adoptions, and adult adoptions. Rachel also assists with questions related to assisted reproduction matters (“ART”).
